Refund & Return Policy
Due to all items are customized, we do not offer refunds on items purchased. In the unlikely event an error is made by Randall’s on a customized item, we will expedite the production and shipment of a replacement item.
A limited return/refund policy is applicable for all items (including those customizable). A customer may cancel an order that has not yet gone into production, and receive a full refund. If an item has already gone into production and/or has been shipped. Randall's will not refund the customized item.
